I started out building WordPress sites for clients around the world. Now I spend my days inside WooCommerce stores that stopped working, reviewing plugins before they reach your dashboard, and building free tools for the people who keep those stores running.

Support taught me one habit I never dropped: investigate before answering. Every claim traces back to something real, whether that's the logs, the plugin's code, or an official doc.

That habit shapes everything on this site. The snippets are tested on a clean install. The plugins and themes started as problems I kept seeing in tickets. My name even made the credits of WordPress 7.1.1, a small line I'm proud of.

Away from the tickets, I'm with my wife and son, or out at our family farm in Khulna, Bangladesh, where the vegetables, the fish, and the cows run on a very different kind of deadline.
